On Friday, 2 June 2023, the stars Indonesia alumni chapter meeting was held in Jakarta, bringing together 65 people from different companies to reminisce about previous stars events, make new connections and promote stars in Indonesia. The evening was a great success and showed that the stars alumni network is a valuable resource that continues to provide opportunities for sharing, networking and personal growth.

The evening started with a short introduction by Toni SCHOENENBERGER, Executive Chairman of stars, via video conference. Renia COROCOTO, stars Manila alumni chapter President; Assistant Director General, Special Concerns Office, National Security Council Secretariat, Manila, Philippines and Charles Chao Rong PHUA, stars Singapore alumni chapter Co-President; Chairman, Solaris Consortium of Management Consultancies; President, Association for Public Affairs, Singapore also joined via live video for an inspiring exchange and offered insights into the neighbouring stars chapters in Manila and Singapore.

The presentation was followed by a festive dinner where alumni had the opportunity to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. Networking was lively and the participants enjoyed making new contacts and exchanging views on their current projects and challenges. It was impressive to see how the alumni network has grown and how dedicated personalities shared their experiences with each other. A live band provided the musical accompaniment.

Special thanks to King HARTONO, President, stars Indonesia alumni chapter; CEO, PT. Noah Arkindo, Jakarta, who organised and hosted this wonderful evening. His commitment and dedication helped to make the event an unforgettable experience. It is also thanks to him that stars was mentioned in the local media (Info bisnis, Neraca and tripodnews) and that stars will hopefully be able to welcome more participants from Indonesia to its symposia in the future.

We are already looking forward to the next meeting and the opportunity to share experiences, challenges and successes.
