No doubt, we are witnessing a revolution in the food sector with lots of innovations such as plant-based and cultured meat. Mark SCHNEIDER, CEO of Nestlé, recently said at the stars Switzerland symposium 2022 that Nestle’s sales of plant-based meat are approaching CHF 1 billion soon.
