We regret to inform you that the stars Switzerland alumni chapter meeting with Joerg WUTTKE on Wednesday, 8 April 2020 will not take place.
Due to the severe outbreak and spread of the novel coronavirus Joerg’s flights from Beijing to Zurich and back to Beijing have been cancelled.

For much of the last two years, China has been preoccupied with its trade war with the United States. Now that it has clinched a “Phase One” deal with Washington, it is turning its attention to Europe. The problem? Europe hasn’t made up its mind about how to respond. As 2020 dawns, Europe’s biggest countries are still debating whether Huawei should be given a role in their 5G rollouts – and tussles over technology are just the start. In 2020, Europe is under intense pressure to finally pick a lane, with several high-profile events on the agenda including an EU-China summit and a meeting between Chinese leader Xi Jinping and EU national leaders under the German presidency of the EU.
