Marie-Astrid LANGER is the West Coast Correspondent for Neue Zuercher Zeitung (NZZ), Switzerland’s leading newspaper founded in 1780. She covers evolving technology trends in Silicon Valley as well as political feature stories across America. Marie-Astrid is a young leader of Atlantikbruecke and the American Swiss Foundation. Previously, she was an NZZ editor in Zurich in charge of U.S. domestic politics, and in 2015 she was the Arthur F. Burns fellow with The Wall Street Journal’s technology bureau in San Francisco. Marie-Astrid attended the Henri-Nannen-Journalism school in Hamburg with stints at the D.C. bureau of Der Spiegel and Zeit Online.
