    LIM Siong Guan was Group President of Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC from 2007-2016, after which he was Advisor to GIC’s Group Executive Committee until 2019. Siong Guan has been a Professor in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore since 2005, instructing on leadership and change management. In his long and distinguished career, he served as Head of the Singapore Civil Service, as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defense, the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance. Siong Guan has chaired the Singapore Economic Development Board, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and the Central Provident Fund Board, and he was a board member of many companies including Temasek, the other sovereign wealth fund manager of Singapore. Siong Guan is also a Member of the stars International Board.
