About the speaker:

Virginia CHEUNG is associate researcher in Shenzhen University, she holds a PhD in Management from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Management School at Claremont Graduate University. Her research interests span the integration of both Western and Eastern thought leadership as it relates to leadership, management, and a functioning society. Virginia is interested in comparative research on alternative management philosophies and approaches, with a specific sub-interest in how these philosophies are approached in different cultures. Her research focused on the relationship between Drucker philosophy and Confucianism.
